There are evidences about fake files in the market, of sector F-14 islamabad launched by fgehf.
Deal very carefuly while going for F-14.Btw files are not issued yet,how come they arr floating in market?Pols are just issued till now.
What care should be made,while some Dealers are doing it.

1) Registration Slip copy
2) Offer Letter/Intimation Letter/Allotment Letter Copy
3) Acceptance Letter Copy From Allottee
4) Brochure from FGEHF for payment Schedule and other
informations
5) Sale Deed b/w Seller & Purchaser
6) Payment of Installments Copies
7) Transfer Letter Copy.etc.

How can one check originality of documents. Mean how we can identify that some document is fake or original ?
Currently there is no mechanism in vogue to check the credentials since transfer is not open as yet.Built up properties award is announced as per ict administration.

3) Award of Contracts etc.
