What can B the price of one kanal residential plot in block C in good location. (not filled ground)
In block C kanal plot solid land should be around 30 to 34 lac inshAllah.

What should be preferred? Bahria Town phase 8 or B-17 block C, D, I am asking for living purpose please keep the distance from Islamabad main city in mind.
As far as I know Bahria Town is a better option in this case in terms of distance. You can confirm it on Google maps.

Right now distance wise both are same almost difference is not more then a kilometer however after Margalla Avenue B-17 will be near as compared to Bahria distance and time wise.
Development standard of Bahria is better then B-17 plus Bahria is populated as compared to b-17 however motorway and new air port is a plus point for B-17. These are the main differences between both sectors now it would be easy for you to choose InshAllah.

Bubble will be remain uptill Margalla Avenue if due to any reason Margalla Avenue work stops then future of B-17 will be very dark and people will do a big loss but on the other hand if Margalla Aavenue become functional with in one year then prices will much more appreciate.
