I want to invest 4 - 4.5 million in Isb. Please advise me on the best option.
1- 8 Marla plot in Bahria Enclave 1.
2- Book two flats in DHA (Ghurair Giga).
3- Buy a non possession plot in G 14/3.
4- I think I can't buy a DHA 2 n block plot in this budget.

@Mohd.Bahria Enclave has no comparison with DHA 2 flats or g 14/3.Look at the construction standard of G-14 and enclave 1 and flats cannot be considered good for long term investments and permanent residents don’t like living in flats in RWP/ISBD.I think Bahria Enclave 1 8 marla is the best choice of these 3.That’s my point of view, everybody has it’s own priority.Do your homework and decide accordingly.
Sir main issue with 8 marla in enclave is of possession and it is the biggest concern of investors right now in market.
If you extend your budget,you can also buy a 1 kanal plot in sector N in dha 2..
Rest do your homework and act accordingly.
Buy a plot in B-17 E block 7 marla for 25-27 Lac, with the remaining amount buy 2 plots 5 marla in DHA valley.
What is the prospect of having possession in Enclave 1 plots of 8 marla? Will it within a year or no?

The prospects of investment in Bahria Enclave 8 marla are bright to me. The possession in an year or so could be a possibility although no guarantee could be given, as the management of Bahria has own way of working. However, 8 malra is not a bad option either. This is my personal view, it is not necessary to be correct. Other members may guide you better.

Both are long term investment options. Although the potential of return of Bahria Enlcave-1 looks to me more than I-16.
