Help needed. Which one is better b17 g block or fmc block a?
If its for investment purpose then go for whatever you can buy cheaper right now. Eventually both will get significant population and the prices will go up.
If you are planning to live then Multi Gardens is definitely the way to go. FMC will only be livable after 5-7 years as currently there's simply no population living there.
FMC, if I am not wrong is a private venture cashing in on the brand of B-17 (cooperative societies). Generally such private ventures are developed fast and better quality as the revenues go to private pockets!
*Consider Chaudry Majeed as a Doctor:
- For B-17 he is a Sarkari Doctor From 9:00 to 5:00
- For FMC he is the Doctor in his Private Clinic after 5:00 PM
Choice is fully theirs who need his medicine ...

Though with proposed interchanges and stuff, I would had personally opted for Block G (MPCHS). Beyond Block C nothing is B-17, its MPCHS
Thanks for both of yours feedback. I am an overseas Pakistani and buying this for myself. I would have gone for B-17 G block but there is nothing physical possession wise and also as you go along roads and streets starts getting narrow as compared to what they are upto may be block C. I am okay with FMC due to its location and access from GT road and also will have access to motorway ( if interchange becomes possible). Also access is good to airport and if want to join motorway etc. Only thing I am concerned the legitimacy of this scheme? don’t want to go in illegal scheme. I looked at RDA approved schemes it says FMC, Faisal Hills status is FINAL PERMISSION not granted or something like that.
Chaudry Majeed enjoys good reputation to deliver on his promise and deliver quality stuff, as of now! This is my view and of-course other valuable members can add to that or correct me.
He used MPCHS/E-11/B-17 brand name to flourish his private ventures like Faisal Series (Town, Residencia, Hills). If you are into B-17 FMC is ok to go ahead with, not any critical concern that is in public knowledge.
Rest is developers' intention, Chaudry Majeed projects are expensive, full of dealers games but he somehow delivers! This is what got his projects going and flourish even at a time when BTs and DHs were at their prime!
Sir I am also buying a plot in FMC 5 marla in 3000C series, land is solid and corner on 50 feet road. Please someone suggest me what should be its price ? All dues clear possession available.

MPCHS is quite good as compared to FMC as MPCHS is cooperative society while FMC is one man show.
MPCHS A,B,B1,C,C1 blocks are expensive. D block is mostly non possession due to villagers. E and F blocks are good at the moment in terms of price range. G will take time to develop however G and F rates are almost same and not much differnece.

B17 is way better. Dont go for FMC.
