B - 17 Price Hike is Real or Artificial?

I want to ask if the price hike in B 17 is real or artificial? I have a plot in D block. My friend suggested to sell it now. He says prices may come down in future because there is no real development in D block. Please reply soon.

Price hike in B 17 is strange in past 5 months almost prices get double just because of announcement of Margalla avenue. People are usually saying in market that Multi development standard is also a factor on prices but the thing is that Multi development standard is same from last 4 to 5 years so major reason is Margalla avenue, so price hike is 70 percent due to Margalla avenue and 30 percent artificial due to promoters investors and Multi itself.

Right now there is no real development in D block. Your friend is right but some sources told that there is a chance of development in near future..

Approximately, what price can I sell my plot for? It’s 3rd to corner from 120 feet road into 40 feet road.

Dear ist of all mention size of your plot most probably it is a 30 x 60 and then just mention street number or series of plots like in between of 400 to 415 then it will be easy for price estimating

Your plot on map sorry for replying you late was out of city according to me plot should be around 13.5 lac you should demand 14 or 14 plus for that. Plus minus depends on client or market pace.
