What are future prospects of B- 17
A block still not clear
B block : good but already expensive
C block still some area is not clear
D block : few plots has possession
E: block : no construction and entrance
F block: comparatively expensive. Profit in minus.
Other positive factors are :
- Kashmir Highway expansion
- Tarnol Phattak expansion
- Margalla Avenue in pipeline
Under these circumstances what should be our decision regarding each block.

In my opinion, C block possession plots are the best block to invest in as it has level group and still has big margin left to be even close to B block. B block will rise but its margin of increase will be less as compared to C block. Other blocks have one or other kind of issues with it such as possession, over pricing, non development.
Bhai ja, b17 will rise or sink as a whole. There will remain some price difference between B and C but the gap will narrow.
Three factors may impact the rise or fall of B17.
What Multi dose here, development, some health, education facilities, the proposed club , issues with possession etc
Of course the elusive MA
and finally, how quickly D12,G13, E11 get saturated and get out of reach for many.
In my opinion D block possession plots are best for short term investment as they are still full of juice as they have to match the c block rates and currently there is a difference of 10 to 15 lac between the prices of c and d block.
Specially 500 number and 600 number series near to main double road are best.
And what about f block

I think rehman sb is right.D block possesionable plots which are very near to C block have some potential.
But it als depends how fast multi will aquire land of D block.
Multi will clear all D block on the access rout of E block before next AGM so it is time to pick possession plots in D block very close to C block the land of D block plots with series no 500 to 600 is far better than the land of c block 30x60 plots
Dear to me priority is as below
'B'
'A' possession plot near B block
'C' Plots near to the side where A & B meet and towards
double road of D/E block
'D' 30x60 possession plots of D block on right side of
double road near to C block
Rest all B-17 is risky
Brother it is my personal opinion on the basis of market analysis.
Why I ignore F and E blocks once you are going to invest you should analyze all the projects open in the market, you should see the approach to your plot from main access point should estimate the time to properly populate the area then you set your priorities

If land accusation problem of d is solved then D is better then c e f in all respects specially distance from markaz and exit secondly land is level no filling .
Yes Jahanzeb land of D block is best solid and full of water under ground specially the plots of 50x90 currently exists in village are the best as I personally have a visit there with a friend in that village and they have to leave this land for multi only there is a conflict of rates between multi and villagers which will be resolved in any case
I miss doctor arshad on this issue as he was right about b-17 possesion issues .
as per my experience left over part of any socity is held up for even long time .
