B-17 E Block For Investment??

Assalam o Alaikum experts,

I am new to property investment, can please someone tell me the prospect of investing in B-17 E block. Are there any plots on installments or I have to pay limp sum... In other block plots are very expensive, I believe E is the cheapest right now... I have 20 lac in hand and can pay 1 lac + as monthly installment. Expect B-17 E block, is there any good option available in my budget?

Yes dear rao u will get plot in e block with some pending installments. E block prices are already high try to visit some more areas too

B-17 prices are on it's peak, or we can say exaggerated at the moment from past 1 month. I would recommend you to buy a 10 marla plot in Sector C, Bahria Enclave, Islamabad, by paying 15 Lac down payment and remaining in installments as Bahria have launched new 10 marla plots in 90 Lacs, you will for sure get profit.

He says original price was 65lakh, 15 lakh was the down payment and now 15lakh profit he is asking, so total now for me to pay is 30lkah approx. Is this a good investment, please guide. Right now I have 20lkah in hand after your green signal I will ask my BIG Bro to invest in it with me..

I would suggest you to instead of investing in C Block, go for fully paid plots in New Map of Bahria Enclave.

5 Marla all dues clear rate is around 28 lac.

8 Marla around: 39

10 Marla around: 52

E-Block is rightly very expensive at the moment.

But if you can keep it for 2 to 3 years, it will still give you good return.

@ Khan Bahi, Thank you for suggestions :) all dues clear means it's possession is ready or it will be given later. What prospect do you see if I buy a 5 Marla plot and keep it for 1 year OR 2 year..

Go ahead and ask your brother to pool in money, that is going to be the best investment rite now on installments plus Bahria have launched new 10 marla plots in 90 lac which are being traded on 93-95 Lacs, so these plots will also increase in prices, Even if you chose to buy a 5/8 marla plot you won't get possession before sector C plots as 5/8 marla plots are not ready yet not a single plot.

Bahria Enclave is looking difficult for me as if I invest there, I would not have left anything in my hand. I have increased my initial budget to 25lakh. I was thinking to buy a 5 kanal plot in multi orchard + couple of plots of 8 Marla. I think I can easily keep it for 2 years InshALLAH. What you guys think, would it be a wise decision. If you have anything else in mind better then this, please do share… JazakALLAH

Dear Rao if you decide to invest in Multi Orchard then try to get plot with numbers alloted and all dues clear (30x60 about 12.5 to 15 lakh, 35x70 about 18 to 22 lakh), try to get well location plot on map, it will return you as they are planning to give possession of all those plots who have allotted number with all dues clear.

Rao, investing in a 5 kanal plot in Multi Orchards would be a wise decision, don’t know about small plots in Residencia as that location to me is good for farm house only for those who are living in Islamabad.

Multi residencia is not a better option option to invest for farm house people can travel that long but a person who is working in Islamabad cant live there. Try to check mumtaz city u ll get a posession plot in ur range where roads are ready as location is much better then multi residencia 100 percent land is acquired more then 20 machines are working there

AoA, What about Gulberg Islamabad

They are too expensive. Also what kind of farm house will it be under the airstrip. Noise etc. If you just want to invest then don’t risk too much all in one basket. The way this project is marketed it shows how weak it is. Had they received a good response they would not be so desperate. In my opinion it’s a hype
