Just wanted to ask this question to some of the experts here. Does b-17, d & e block falls out of cda zone-2? Does that mean it's not even part of islamabad?
As per the cda website, it reads:
"sponsors of the scheme shall obtain formal noc from concerned local development agency."
If this is true who is the actual development authority/agency of this part of b-17? Rda? Taxila? Fateh jang?

I think D and E blocks are a big challenge for MPCHS.Especially D block is black spot on Multi face and it's very true many people are suffering in D block.People are not asking about location in Islamabad or in Taxila.This project of Multi and Multi should care all blocks of B-17.Multi is losing credibility.I can just pray for Multi Allah tala Multi par apna raham farmai aur neki ki tufiq bhi ata farmai Ameen.

Is this out of Zone2 Islamabad? If yes, then who is the authority RDA? Taxila? or Fateh jang?

second EDEN in real estate history who show beautiful maps but there was no land for D block people,
Remaining 90 days according to promise of great Multi,let's see after 90 days because Multi promise at AGM that they will clear after 6months.

Mr Khan, Can you tell us about Multi charging people heavily regarding their installments and fines? Why do they mention one rate on allotment letters and then charge new rate @180k per installment? Isn’t this a kind of lying and dhoka?
Junaid Sb, first of all I am not member of Multi. So, if you have any problem with them, directly go to their office in G-8 and talk to them....
Secondly, @180K, would you like to explain in detail, what is this issue?

Yes Mr Khan, I know but I thought you might be having some inside information and give us some helpful advice.
Multi sold files at 90k per installment in 2011-2013.. Now they are not agreeing to 90k as is written on the allotment letters but they want to charge 180k per installment (New rates including fines for late payment on the basis of new rate). When people go for transfers, they are being given an electric shock of huge deductions if they have some dues remaining. A friend of mine had to pay 150k in fines just because he was a few months late. I myself am worried as I have a few dues remaining..

You are very right Nadeem bhai.. It is true, my friend sold his plot through a dealer who actually works for Multi, the dealer stopped him from meeting the management (I heard they get a huge commission for such deals).
Firstly the plot price was low, secondly the dues were doubled, thirdly the fines were also doubled without any relaxation in due dates (Acha khasa SOOD kamaya).
Multi has to compensate people or at least not take extra money in such do number ways. Tomorrow they will launch G block for example with installment rates of 3.6 lakh per quarterly installment (plot ki price bhi 48 lakh kar dengay) and change all the old plans to new rates with new fines, phir kia karengay?

If it is so, then this is LOOTING in my view.... This will not help society either....
Although, I would support fine for late payments in those areas which are already developed or on which development is going on as per schedule. However, I will support late payment fine on those projects, which are only on paper...
We should have the courage to criticize for the sake of correction and not for the sake of criticism.

I appreciate your critical thinking around this project.No doubt it's best project in zone2 and Multi should care investors and project.Management should keep check and balance between Multi dealers and innocent investors.I think Multi investors are more strong than Multi management.Allah knows best.

No B-17 is not the best project in Zone2 and believe me it will not become one by you writing this over and over in your comments :)
Block D and E are not even in Zone-2. Correct me if I am wrong, once upon a time, weren't you against any investment outside Zone-2 Islamabad? Have you changed your position just because you invested in E block.
I do feel sorry for you that you invested in high time there, perhaps you should quit listening to the people who pretend like they know it all.

Only, those should be worried, or offensive, who fall in any of the above categories...
I am just sharing my information with people through this forum, which ask for the same....
I do accept that D & E blocks of B-17 are outside Islamabad... But u did not replied to my question that where does BE-2 falls?
I agree with Nadeem Sb, that B-17 is the best project in Zone-2, if the management will stop foul play and focus on project rather than their own interest.
