B-17 current rates, investment opportunity?

These days rates of developed plots in b-17 are quite low compared to any other developed sector/ society with this much development/ population & facilities & compared to what their rates were a few years back.
Need opinion from experienced fellows, is the above information correct, if so what are the reasons of low rates these days, also how good will be to invest for mid term, 1-2 years in b-17, due to the fact that currently the rates are low.

Very much recommended. Very good value for money. For price increase the most important factor is buyer trend and market conditions. As we saw in 2013, when there is a push in the market, plot prices sky-rocket through the roof! Margalla Avenue or no Margalla Avenue; Boundary wall or no Boundary wall. Prices just shoot.

And this happens in cycles. As in the case of Sudden Price Spike of 2013, Multi plots will again rise like anything in the next cycle which is now due next year inshaAllah.

Mr Rana RS (who is currently the author of a fresh thread called 'Where are the Ethics') can tell you how he more than doubled his money in 2-3 months!

No real estate scheme can give that sort of results unless it has something really good to show for. Otherwise, why investors in Roshan Pakistan suffering without any upward swings erven though promotion giant, Star Marketing was hired by Roshan Pak management???

Sir Multi gives results without wasting the money of investors on advertising companies. Otherwise, look at Gulberg, bahria, DHA etc. They are all paying huge amounts on TV advertising and marketing companies. Where is all this money coming from??? From their own pockets?? OF course not. It is all investors money being paid for massive advertising campaigns!!!

But did you see Multi wasting your money like that? No sir. Multi is a very solid brand. If you don't know, telecommunication companies like Warid, telenor etc have placed Multi on its list of best brands where they would like to install their telecom infrastructure. Why would they do this major expense?

Multi has reached this high point without TV campaigns that waste the money of middle class overseas Pakistanis who send their life savings which they have collected with their sweat and blood in the heat of the Gulf desert! It will be heart breaking if star marketing executives sitting in their air-conditioned offices will take a portion of this hard earned money just for wearing a tie and putting ads on TV.

Multi is not like that!

Multi is not recommended for short term. One of da main reason is over supply of plots every now n then.

Multi wil rise wid margala avenue constcn.

Agreed with Khan sb, I think at the moment Mumtaz City & Top City are the best options for best ROI.
