B-17: Commercial Project. Help Needed from learned friends.
Dear friends, our construction services office is being asked to build a commercial, either in Margalla City or in B-17.
The commercial plot is owned by a close buddy who wants us to build & handover to him.
My working in B-17 commercial’s rental & selling worth is not much up to date as my targeting areas are only DHAs, BTs & I-series & a little here & there.
I request ALL friends to please extend your helping hand as my intention is to develop my friend more than my my part of profit in constructing his plot & handover to him in 14 months time.
