I want to know whether the green belt facing plots in A-block are considered to be a good location in Block-A? These are on 175ft road. What would be the value of a 50x90 plot on that side (Plots from 404 to 415)?

A block is the most beautiful block of sector B-17 as am of all plots are minimum of kanal size then there is a beautiful dam in A block but due to crush work in Taxila mountains market wise its very slow as noise pollution and dust is the main prob of that block that's why sale purchase is a bit slow otherwise its most attractive block of Sector B-17.
Price should be around 3 million
No doubt Block A is very beautiful. The main reason of not much activity is mining work. But if some one want to invest for 2-3 years than it is much better than block B.

I want to invest for 2 years so I guess A block is a good option. I like the plots in front of green belt. Quite, calm and beautiful place. The only issue is the electricity wires going in front of it but Society said that they will remove them. Is that correct?
Yes it can be a good option as compared to other blocks prices and infra but depends on mining if it ends with in 2 years it will touch or cross B block prices.
