My wife has State Certificate from Azad Kashmir that shows that she is legal resident of Kashmir. I am from Lahore and married to her and have 4 kids. I want to buy property under her name in Kashmir. What is the law of inheritance for my wife as Kashmiri national? Can her property be transfer to her kids if they are Pakistani nationals?
