Respected experts,
I am looking to buy a 10 marla plot in lahore mainly as a medium term investment (around 5 years). Given my budget (21-25 lac), i have shortlisted two society, i.E. Awt phase 2 and fazaia phase 2.
So i have three questions,
(1) have i selected the right plot size for an investment?
(2) have i shortlisted the right societies or are there other places i should check out?
(3) since i can only buy one plot, should i go for awt phase 2 or fazaia phase 2? Which one do you see as more viable both in terms of return on investment as well as ability to sell easily if needed.
Your advice will be highly appreciated.
