I want to buy a commercial plot in AWT, Islamabad. Is it a wise decision? I think its price is on the bottom level. Please share your expertise.

societies are based on many things d 18 is a very good society but right now promoters are not in that society.Like in JKCHS AND MPCHS there is a list of promoters they are investing there changing market prices etc. So private societies always need promoters even if it is Bahria Town. After promoters it depends on management developments location etc.

What is the future of AWT? What is plot price of one kanal here. Is here transfer fare? No duplicate files and ghost owners etc. How it is for investment?
Do you think AWT is a good society? Someone told me there is water shortage in the area around D17/18? Is this true?

Yes it’s a water shortage area. Even soil is so dry you can’t dig it out.
This is big problem. No life without water.
