Anyone has any insight on awt d18 latest status? I’ve had a plot there since 2004 and am considering to sell. Airport continues to get delayed - is there a good upside potential in next 1 year or better to sell now and invest somewhere else?
Rates have improved over the last 8 months to one year.....
I think it is better to sell now as I don't see any significant increase in short time.
