If you are short on cash go for PECHS as they have plots on installments. Otherwise, I would prefer AWT, it has more momentum behind it as its infrastructure projects including interchange are confirmed, while PECHS link to Kashmir Highway seems doubtful.
Both are equally good in their own capacity. If you want to capitalize on the airport opening, then by all means go for PECHS as it is a developed society and the only one so far with possession sectors. I have a plot in K block which im selling. Let me know if you’re interested in buying it.
