Application submission of phase 1 of asf housing scheme has completed successfully.
All applications shall now be sorted out according to the category applied for and all the members shall be registered and balloting date shall be announced soon.

I have filled up online form for foreign investors and sent over money through bank transfer but never even got a receipt through email. What happened there.is it normal?
Shakir Awan sb, lets give them some time for getting the things copied into their system. I don't think they will answer through email. Once they will complete the data entry of all the applications, then, you can get confirmation from them.
I have heard that the location of apartments is very good and if they could start development on time, things will be very beneficial for successful allottees. Can anyone confirm this?

Mr. Khan has very keen eye on the project. Both the location for the project are equally good.
Apartments location is nestled between already existing societies so all amenities of life are readily available.
Bungalows & Plots are also at a very good location and the price as compared to the surrounding societies is kept very low.
By the time the project gets its shape in a couple of years time and when possession shall be handed over then almost most of the localities shall have also seen lots of activities and it will be livable straight away. You shall see a drastic hype in prices due to Malir expressway , Expressway expansion into Motorway and Behria direct flyover to the airport.

What is current market position of these apartment, are balloted apartment being sale and purchase? Is there any demand in the open market?

I had applied online under overseas category. I did not note down the Form No however I have the remittance receipt with me. Do I need to do something to get myself registered as a member? While applying on line first form I was filling was submitted without right attachment therefore I had filled in the second form with correct attachment.

I have had the same issue as Hamad. And I never received any email confirmation as well confirming something like we have received your payment etc.
Hamad sb, this is private forum, it has nothing to do with ASF Staff... Kindly use their official website for any query or questions with them directly.
Secondly, they have not acknowledged even a single application.

Hi all, as you guys can see the balloting has been done and people are now selling there apartments.Any idea is it a good future investment?
I would appreciate if some senior member can give some information. The only reason i am considering is because its at least semi government and i can afford payment plan.
