Is it safe to invest in Bahria town Lahore now? As there is huge artificial rise in the market and probably the agents in Bahria town deals between them to increase the property value. Most properties are on biyana and actual owner was far low then the current price. Can anyone explain this game. How i can get some good price of plot or value for money plots.

I agree with you. Bahria Town Lahore prices have increased more than two times in just one year and its all because of Agent's mafia. Its very hard to find plot at genuine price right now. I think; you should wait for few months whether these prices stay at these levels are not? If prices continued to stay at these levels even after 6-7 months then we can assume that prices are at actual position now.
Dear Irfan and Rizwan, i agree with both of You that Agents have took the prices to a Peak but my brothers the fact is that agents are not working in hypothetical state there definitely is genuine buyer and sellers exists in the market . Agents are just the front mans of these buyers/sellers and investors. Rates of property has increased twice or thrice in the Previous one Year but this is not the case only with Bahria . If u study the rate pattern of DHA u will feel the same thing just study the rate comparison of DHA phase 9 in previous one year and yet there is no balloting of DHA phase 9 and more interestingly DHA phase 9 Possession will be given minimum after 5 to 7 years and DHA phase 9 File is at 51.50 lacks today. I am in this business since 12 years and i saw various ups and Downs and with my ut most experience and knowledge i would recommend you to invest in Bahria. But Please keep in mind don’t invest in File just Invest in Plot whose Possession is available . Prices of Possessions Plots will not return back . Remaining Allah Knows Better what would happen .
