Just talked to a estate agent who told me that the prices of property are falling, is that correct, should I invest now in G-13 or D-12, what will you suggest.
Yes they are falling.i think dealers r trying to sale the property.may be it was another fake boom for a while

@ tanveer…Sir prices are not decreasing at the develoed places e.g g-13,g-14/4,dha etc…In g-13 and g-14/4 prices are expected to increase in near future.
Actually prices are increasing but so far very slowly.
Prices have started increasing in developed sectors G-13/1/2/3/4 and G-14/4.
And will increase by every coming day. This is just a rumor.

Prices cannot increase forever. Where they are over priced they will decrease like E 12 or maybe B 17

Which size plot is effected the most in G-13. Small plots may not be effected…
Prices are expected to increase very much in g-13 and g-14/4 as in my view point,they are still underpriced…Their main advatage is their location…From the last 1 week i am seeing an upaward trend and people have started demanding even 1 cr 65 lacs for a 40x80 plot in g-14/4…They were neither falling nor rising but were more or less stable…
G-13, G-14 are prime location…they ca be considered gateways to Islamabad…They are closer to Islamabad, Rawalpindi and motorways…Their prices will increase as soon as Kashmir Highway is development work is completed…

This is the time where prices will start moving upward in these sectors as CDA plans to have a tender for Kashmir Highway III (From Golra Mor to G.T road)

Whenever you want to compare the potential of price increase in G-13 and G-14, then always compare them with their neighbour G-11 and I-8 which had been closest competitor on price with G-13.
Both of these sectors (G-11 and I-8) have left G-13 far behind. There may be reasons such as road under-construction and standard of development in G-13. But once highway and sector development is completed, buying a plot in G-13 and G-14 will become a distant dream.
My advice, buy G-13 now... But not as short-term investment. At least for more than an year.

Ahmed Tanoli bhai, this was not a rumor, and i am pretty much sure you will see a price increment in G-13 and G-14/4 soon, just let them start work on Kashmir Highway Section 3.
