I would like to have an estimated cost of constructing a standard quality house on 100 sq yd plot having a basement, ground and first floor. I am new to this and would like to have a realistic estimate on this.

PKR 1,700 to 2,000/- per square foot for ground and first floor.
Basement (full) i.e. Total cost of construction ground + First floor divide by 2.
As faisal said but the cost of construction is relative term depends upon finishing,soil and which society you are constructing as you can see bahria has more construction cost so it can vary from 1700 to 2400 or if you have imported finishing and smart house solutions then it will be more.
