Is it advisable to buy a 5 marla plot with dimension 42x26.5?
Is it feasible for designing a good map?
It calculates to even less than miniml of 5 Marla, i. e., 25*45.
Unless good price offer, try to avoid:
- Its an odd dimension
- Why to pay for a 5 Marla when face is only of 4 Marla.
- Selling later compromises the price.
Actually the price is good. 6-7 lacs less than the conventional price of 5 marla in that area.
Ok, if that fits the budget and %age of diffence is good, fair enough than.
Just see there might not be some "Khai/Digging" next or near to it. If all else fine, the only thing is it will have front of a 4 Marla.
There is no digging.
Also, why do you keep saying "front of a 4 marla"? The front is 42 feet wide. The normal front of a 5 marla is 25 feet wide.

Front is what it matters..
Good plot, just make good design at 1st floor. If resources exist, make good accomodation in basement.
This much front is lovely in small house.
@Abdul Qayyum there are no resources for basement. Yes we will be making sure that the design is good enough for both ground and first floor.
Yeah sure brother, it’s a interpretation/writing mistake at my end. What I meant was dimension (unsually small back and extended front) for a 5 Marla.

Pls do not save money on design.
Do not go to a simple draftsman.....
Draftsman do not have any deep idea of advance knowledge such as house center of gravity and other earth quack bound structural workout.
This money will save you later from problems.
You can even make small size rooms...10 by 10 ft and if possible make bigger " mumty" to make a servant quarter...a servant quarter will make your house much demanded in the locality...people say why we make servant room as we cannot afford? No sir, it could be utilized as store ...mahman Khana with separate entrance from the back of house..
And a nice place for ladies during winter، if you give them their love stuff, such as " gas and water lines and " khurras" at the roof.
Also it will be sold like hot cake, if need arises.
