Sir i want to ask that in islamabad gulberg ib is constructing some apartments for their emplyees. Some employees are selling there appartments in open market but transfer is not opened yet?I want to ask how is this investement? And approximately when transfer will be open? If i purchase then give me some tips how i can be secure what should i write down on agreement stamp paper? Thanks
