Please advise me the available options for apartments on installment in islamabad.
I am looking for a medium priced options, cant go for project like centaurs/ park tower etc.
Check out 2 bed apartments in Bahria Enclave. Should be around 90 lac on installments.
I could have suggested F-11 where most of the apartment projects are clustered, but not sure if any project left with installment options. You can buy on cash, range between 100 lac to 150 lac.

What about zarkon in G-15 & the springs near Fazaia
Dear i suggest u dont go out from cda sectors two plus points. One that the rent value is highest here. Second the resale is good u can sale just in one day cash.the property gain is also increasing with time.I suggest u a good option on installments. Fortune Empire in E-11 main margala road in fron of F-11 this a 15 kanal project i visited and i see it is a very good project of future. You are right, actually they started the work one basement is around completed and the second one was in progress when i visited at the site.
Springs near Fazaia is a good option. Its right in the center of Islamabad and Rwp, easy access to both cities and it is also not that much expensive

Go for Springs. Excellent location. I booked a 3 bedroom apartment there last year and have seen excellent progress on construction.
Stay away from fortune residency. I invested there in 2008 and still haven’t got my apartment. And those cheeks want to charge me handover fees when the apartment is not even ready. Very disappointed. They keep saying reasale mein laga do. I didn’t pay to put it on resale. I paid to take possession.
Hi.capital residencia is good option too.
The construction work is in full swing.u may go and check it urself.it is situated on main khayaban e iqbal E11.
Prices are reasonable too
