It is too early to see any positive impact. Sale/purchase is stagnant due to restriction on non-filers to buy property. I guess Malik Riaz must be working hard to pull another surprise out of his old hat, if anything left there. After all, he has to generate 2.5bn per month to pay the fine.
Another factor is economy which is nose diving and the rupee is crashing. In such situation no foreign investment is expected. So, I do not see any sudden positive impact on any BT project including Enclave.
There is, however, increased development activity visible in Enclave and you can see heavy machinery moving around. So a slow but organic price growth can be predicted.
For quite some time we have been hearing about Bahria headoffice shifting to BE, but now it seems to become a reality. As per talk-of-the-town, preparations are underway for a mega launch on 30th April. It is going to be a big event and a must-attend one. This will surely renew confidence of BE investors and boost sale/purchase activity that was going stagnant.
Other knowledgeable brothers and sisters are requested to shed more light on this please.

What happened to existing Bahria Main office in phase-8 shifting to the new location also in phase-8???
BT has marked the location years before!
@Isloo1 and @Abdul Qayyum sahib Please enlighten me why the moving/location of the Bahria Town head office is a big issue?. Does this signify that BE will become the prime focus of development activities for MR/BT and BT P8 and others will become secondary?.

I do not think changing of the office will make any significant change. Value additions are ones which make significant impact. Just changing of the office is not a big value addition. Only the commercials around the main BT office, wherever it happens to be, will get boost in prices.
Phase-8 is a city inside a city and just changing some office will not or should not make any change.
Enclave is a nice place but think of traffic on Curi road if office has been shifted there?
Even now the access is very pathetic. I do not think MR will change his mind as people have huge investments around the new proposed main office of bahria town in phase-8 and they are love birds of Malik Riaz.
Imtiaz sb has more knowledge and can clear but it is a news to me!
May be shifting of the office is to help enclave and may be MR has succeeded to fetch more land towards Angoori side and expand enclave.
I think only the beneficial would be the commercial investor but on resident side, phase-8 will be least affected by shifting of the office.

Bahria and DHA use their fancy headoffice as trump card to boost a relatively new project that still has earning potential. Bahria still owns vast lands around Enclave that they have not sold as yet. Plus there are mega commercials, 7 star hotel and very high-end luxury apartments (palisade) that can earn them billions. So I think MR is upto something big as BE-2, which he used few years back to siphon off billions from greedy investors.
Something of the same scale is in offing.
Market is stagnant because of fake/controlled manipulation and efforts to keep prices inflated at the peak levels.
If you let the demand/supply formula work and let prices sink a bit, new buying activity will emerge and start supporting prices of Enclave.
But property mafia is so greedy that they would never let the free-market adjustments work. Rather, they want full control and new hoax to fool people all over again.
Opening of office doesn't really add any value and access through Kuri is becoming even more difficult day by day.
No doubt BE has very poor access.
Access is poor for sure. It has somehow improved over the years atleast late night travel through a patch of road. Furthermore, with fast paced progress of Park View Park Enclave and Bahria Enclave the area is abound to rise. Park View have much worse access than Enclave but they will have improved access (100 ft. wide access from Kuri Road) and BE most probably will benefit.
