What happened did you had bad experience in D-12 ? I just thought from your reply above.
Dealers are playing ALOT while dealing G13 and D12 due to varying prices.
The hue & cry and unrealistic prices are mainly because of dealers
Yes Ahmed Tanoli… Dealers are making a huge mess in D-12, rates are not stable, in morning it will be X and evening it will by Y, day after it will be Z and then after two days again X. They will lie and make up stories also, they will try to not let you meet with the owners unless they decide the price first. In one case, I almost got a plot but then we found out there was some problem in it so had to get my token/bayana back. Anyway, the rates are too high also.
@ junaid .what are the current rates of diff sizes
Normal 25x40 is around 70, corner will be about 85
Normal 25x50 is around 90, corner will be about 100
Kanal is around 300-350..
@ Junaid…Sir any updates regarding rates of g-14/4 specially 35x70 and 40x80??
Saadi bhai sorry no info about G-14/4 but you can search on zameen and see how they are..
Fahad bhai no problem.. Main Road ones are for around 110-120 and normal ones are 70-75..
