Well, today Bahria started booking for its Karachi project. Keeping balloting/no balloting confusion aside, people gathered and fought for getting booking forms in Bahria offices. And then again, forms finished within two hours and became available in black like the old fashion of getting parchees.
Bahria helpline kept saying that every registered member will get booking form because it is their right! Do you think another game is about to begin for sale/purchase of booking forms?

No, i guess bahria will not let this to happen as it is really discouraging and making their mega project look bad. I have heard that they have announced that from tomorrow they are putting it in the banks so everyone will have easy access to it.
Seriously this project is turning out to be a messy one though i am speculating high profits.
Yes agreed it is common sense bahria will not hesitate issuing as many booking form as required in market reason letme explain it to u how and why supposed there are 1lac Karachi forms in market bahria will has rite to issue as much booking form as they can, reason one booking form is valid for one Karachi form so after 1lac booking form rest form issued would b bonus for bahria as 1booking form price is 1000rs so if they issue
1lac extra booking forms it means 10crore rupee into bahria pocket if 2lac booking form 20crore into bahria pocket and so on .........
Yeah man this is what I think that bahria wont be creating fuss again. Yes profits are likely but monopoly of any kind is harmful. This project has diverted the attention of many investors already that other societies have become stagnant. On top of it they are going to launch in other cities as well so the game will carry on for a year more at least. There must be a balance so that people could diversify their investments and real estate could grow healthily.
From today onwards forms will be found in abundance,retarded people most of them without even the registration form started queuing early Sunday morning,in the hope of getting another jackpot,we are a pied piper nation,relying on one head to follow our moves,bahria is the ultimate beneficiary selling booking forms for 1000 each,i wont be surprised if people who bought it yesterday in abundance due to no reason will start selling it for 500 today or even less,as for them it will be no more then a paper jet
Dangerous tactics by bahria, I think this is looking bad for the overall market… So lets see how it goes.
Such tactics is producing crooks who wake up early morning to line up and get the forms and if anything goes south, they start fighting like the brawl happened yesterday in bahria pindi office.
Today I called designated banks and they had no information about the forms. Looks like there is another form scam coming up. If this happens then we should seriously start thinking about shifting our investments to other societies.
There would be a huge number of plots in Bahria Town Karachi to be allotted to investors. I guess, Bahria would keep its promises. But the fact that the booking forms finished in two hours is bit perplexing.

Forms are available only from designated branches of NIB UBL and MEEZAN BANK.you can check bahria home page for ,it has a PDF file with the details,secondly you can also visit their head office,dont worry about forms,
What is the price for open certificates ? I have heard it has reached Rs.250k. Can anyone confirm this pls
Do the registration slip (initial registration OCT 2013) is necessary to do a booking? Do the booking form of Rs. 1000 will be given only to those, who have registration slip?
Brothers you all know Malik sb is friend of Zardari sb now a days 
the surrounding always have the impact, Malik sb is playing the same game to collect small amount from more persons to have a hug one, being small amount every one take it easy and don’t care of this little amount but on the other end it’s a very im-professional, if malik sb needs fair money they should announce that the form of 15000/- be converted into 20 or even 30 in case of confirmation of plots but please Malik sb don’t play the innocent nation like polititions
This is really pathetic . Bahria should announce things clearly . There are lots of confusion in this form thing . One thing is clear , Bahria is open for all kind of investors , even if you have 1 thousand RS you are in !!

They are saying that these forms will gain own of more than 100k within a few days! Highly unethical practice by bahria, i must say.
This is yyesterdays news… Forms are easily available now. Forms are worth 1000 rs 1,000 and not one penny more. Please dont panic on such kind of media gimmicks
Pen forms are picking up pace. They are expected to reach 280k in the next couple of days as more and more people are trying to obtain them
