No one knows that. If you really want to invest in a project with good appreciation aspects, invest in DHA Multan.
DHA Multan is a good option but 1 Kanal file is out of my range. I am also considering Lake city or DHA Rahbar Lahore.
Is there an option of 10 Marla file in DHA Multan. If so, what's the rate and is this a better option?
Irfan I-16 is not a satta item so its price will only appreciate with real demand and monetary supply so rise will be slow and gradual.
However, if you consider Bahria phase 8 L,M,N sectors then u may get good rise in short time. Specially consider sector M which is about to be handed over in few months. Possession will certainly add some value. Second theme park is also located in M block.

@JDM u r also somehow right but still there are some housing schemes which have potential to give profit after one or two years. Overall currently property prices are on hold, but afterall this is not forever. So it's not a bad idea to put money in something instead of keeping it as something is better than nothing.
Contrary to JDM I will say if someone has money then he should invest. This is very good time for cherry picking. Do not forget the long term planning of CPEC. In my humble opinion Pakistan will see immense growth till 2025.
You can consider10 Marla cash file in 34 lakh but mid to long term…
Better to invest in lahore preferably dha9/10 if you want good returns, or may be you can get some return gulberg islamabad other than that islamabad market is saturated.
