I want to buy a 10 Marla house in Lahore, my first priority... It should be secure.. Can anyone suggest good society which is approved and legal. I have a budget of 120 lac. Thanks.
Brother if you want ready made house tben; you can go for 10-Marla house in Askari-10 (adjacent to Lahore airport). Very good location.
Consider Bahria and Sukh Chain Gardens

If new house is not your priority then you can also find second hand houses in the areas near to the centre of the city in this price range.
Even though Bahira and Sukh Chain and other localities on the same line are good but do consider the hassle of daily travelling. But in the end its about your personal values.

She can get a 10 Marla house (may be around 15 to 20 year old construction) in some Model Town blocks & Faisal Town etc.. In Allama Iqbal Town like middle income LDA societies, she can get a reasonably/relatively newly constructed 10 Marla home in that budget.

Bahria is very secure but far from the city center as well, will check model town n faisal town...
