5 marla . 1 to 4 valid kanal . 5 valid


1a. Dha town possession is in week or so , prices after possession will climb from 45 to 60 to new height of 75.

1b.Dha town file will increase from present 35 to 40.

2a. Dha phase 9 prism will be in between 35 to 50 as these are plots now without possession.

2b. Dha town prism file will climb to 30 . As balloting is happening in december.

3. Dha 9 extension files will be near 20 . As it will take 2 years for balloting but now in front in queue after phase 9 balloting .


4,dha city will shoot to 15 . As investors seeing it oppurtunity so low price and not much to invest left in lahore with that budget demand will increase . But it will face wild swings too .

@Asad What is the future of DHA City, as they have not done any balloting nor announced location… Everything is in air

More risk more profit , more people believe it it is good more people will invest , more price will increase , risk is undoe when its dealing started under proper dha but having said all i will say ho knows future ??

For 5 years time span for 5 marla, which would you suggest DHA City file or NFC PH2 plot?

Dha city for short gains until file becomes plot( risky too) , nfc ph 2 is mid to long term and very safe investment as just waiting for development and soon it will , i personally will go for dha phase 9 prism by increasing few ks for 5 years . Nfc elections are near nothing in way to stop its development it will also be fine society to live and invest , if u want to buy i have an outstanding 5 marla plot in h block and i am looking for some genuine buyer and definetly some profit to consider it , always buy good location plot so that they can return u up to 300 % or more beside 100 to 150 in bad location plot after maturates

Mudassar right now i am keeping an eye on june 13 elections and first development work to start to get some good gain , right now market rate wont do any good for me .

Although canal road has been developed from bahria to nfc and new lahore but prices did not gain definitely after development it does , the plot i have even dealers want to keep that on their table to show they are classy dealers .
