Woohh … I got a q by a member on my facebook page … The only purpose of mine for being in property is to keep myself away from interest , although the scam people doing now a days sometime i think everything is allowable in this situation like ribah , i invested 10 million plus ,in dha phase 9 and nfc ph 2 on advice of chunks in property ,but though prices increase but more decreases and never increased since 2013 start ,my q is if prices do not increase with time and remain negative,how i am gonna bear my expenses ? Inflation ,devaluation of currency ,price hike is at one place, but prices should at least remain to purchasing price a year ago till it increase … Lahore property is under value ,isbd rising even fsd, multan incomparable societies are more than 6 lac per marla … I am thinking to move money and let do my work to stall property again as it happened in 2004. Some idiot says we have to cut down prices so all can bear , how much u want non lahoris to cheap in lahore and make it more congested ,land is becoming short,demand is more ,still prices decreased while in isbd land is more,investor good but few as compare to land … Y small cities do not cut down prices so big investor cheap in there ?? Lahore property should be diamond if isbd,khi,multan is gold at this time.
I think you have invested in files which are always risky…Try to shift your investment towards solid land…
Property investment is an art which needs complete home work. Many people just jump into this business on the advise of dealers. They forget dealers save themselves first and then think about the clients. NFC 2 is far away from lahore and there is no development there from last few years even then some dealers are promoting it. Even in next five years; this place can not be worth living. Its long term investment around 7-8 years. Similarly phase-9 files. Actually; prices have already doubled in year 2013. It is practically not possible that property prices only keep on increasing. They have to be stagnant, then consolidate for some time and then ready for next jump. This consolidation period can be 1-2 years. Property business is usually long term investment. One should not depend his daily expenses based on income from property. I would suggest you to sale some plot and then do some business for your daily life. Only keep your extra money in property business.

@Khalid sb; it depends on few factors which varies person to person. For example; investment amount available, area of interest, area of expertise, in which city or village you live etc. One formula can not be fit for everybody because eveybody enjoys different opportunities and similarly different kind of problems as well.
What was the need of such a title: Alarming situation for property
You should check the property/mortgage crisis in Europe and US that happened recently. That is alarming.
