D-12 alam residency.. I have been interested in d-12 for a while now , and have posted questions to this board about it as well. My understanding is that d-12 plots start at around 60lacs and go to as high as 4crs ...
However recently i started seeing adds on d-12 alam residency on this site , where the price is far less than other d-12 listings.
Anyone who knows about it? Is it a scam?
Can you tell more about it what you know of this alam residency. What are they offering and at what prices?
@ Nasir sb…sir elaborate more abou this project.May be this project falls in the jurisdiction of Shah Allah Ditta and all sale purchase in that area is illegal.
Alam Residency is not situated in D-12, situated in Shah Allah Ditta C-12 & C-13 exempted area.
They are misguiding people. Their adds in D-12 Section are irritating for those who visit Zameen.com for D-12 Plots.
