i have been checking Al Kabir Town for a short term investment. the idea is to get a 5 marla plot and then put it up on offer after 6-9 months. can experts from lahore (other cities too if they know about it) let me knowabout if it is a good choice or is there any other project I should consider that is expected to appreciate in its value in next few months. i am looking at projects where down payment is the lowest (around 0.5 million) and instalments are also reasonable (around 30,000 to 40,000).
