I think possesion wasnot due till july this year. I have one question SAADI bhai they state its a gated community but they have shops on the ground floor , how does it fare out ?
I thought my self when i initially booked that it was a residential project but now I am mixed my self
Is it a gated community or how it works ?accessing flats from market is not peacefull or ideal for family living

I spoke to giga sales guy about possession and he explain that they are going to start possession from June 2014.and by the end of DEC 2014 they will deliver up to 10 block.which is positive sign .At the moment construction is going on at its fast track.
