What will be the future of AECHS once the new Islamabad airport is in operation, I mean the value of the property will go up or down current air port closure's impact on the society requesting experts to shed some light on this.

I don’t think that prices will fall, as the society is already largely populated. Most of the people living there have no connection with airport, and they like to live there because it is convenient location for them i.e it is closer to Islamabad and Rawalpindi than a lot of societies like PWD, National Police Foundation, DHA and BT, and also in terms of price it is not too expensive compared to other societies and a better location, although development standard is also less than the newer societies.
