I am interested to purchase plot or good quality constructed house for my family. I found Airport Housing Society Sector 1 relatively better option in terms of its location and street. Need your expert advice. What about the availability of facilities such as Electricity, Gas and Water in this area. Is it worth to purchase 8 marla double storey house in around 60 lac. My budget is around 60 lac to purchase quality house in any quality and standard scheme of Rawalpindi or Islamabad. Please advise what area i should select to move my family from Peshawar for better schooling, environment, living.
Location wise it is pretty good, lot of middle class and settled families living there, and area is fully populated. However the society is not as good as many newer schemes in terms of development and planning, and although it has electricity and gas, water shortage is a problem in the area.

I would always decide on a criteria first and then look at the options that fit my criteria. If you can list your criteria then it maybe easier to advise you.
