Airport chowk flyover

What you guys think i mean what will be the affect of airport chowk flyover signal free to socities like gulzar e quaid , airport society etc, once this project is completed. Some of the propert agents are saying that prices will further go up in these societies as islamabad excess will be much better…Please advise if we can invest around these areas for short term or its already too late.

Shamas bro, short term return may not be that significant... But increase will certainly with be there.

I am not sure if its good for short term investment but there is no doubt that Gulzar e quaid and Airport society are having excellent future because of their location and development standards , I think after Bahria and DHA Airport society is the best place to live but only sector 1,2,3 are recommended as sector 4 development is not very good…main plus to these areas is that once Islamabad signal free is completed which is till airport chowk is almost completed distance to main Islamabad would be 10 - 15 minutes this will not only increase the rental value but also property price in these areas ,Ghauri town’s location is much closer but very bad development so according to me Gulzar e quaid and Airport society are good for living and investment too…rest Allah is the best planner…

I think rents and values have increased in these areas but I don’t think the Interchange itself would do much to reduce travel times. I think another important point is that as more businesses start operating in Gulberg like Telenor head office then demand may improve for accomdatio n close by.

Distance to zero point from G-13 islamabad is 17 minutes where 4 marla house price is 1.3 crore

And distance to zero point from Airport housing society / gulzar e quaid is also 17 minutes and price of the 10 marla house is around 1.2 to 1.5 crore

Now if someone wants to stay near to Islamabad, airport side should be considered, of course you can’t compare airport society / gulzar e quaid with f or E sectors of Islamabad but both these societies are much better than G- I sectors of Islamabad…

I think there is a plan of metro bus is also in the pipeline for zone 5 areas ,if completed that will be great for these area also…

After commercial projects are completed in Gulberg etc. Rental demand will also go up.
