I have invested in a 5 Marla plot in Airline Avenue (Islamabad) http://www.airlineavenue.com
I have now found out that although the group seems honest this company does not have a NOC (No Objection Certificate).
Is it genuine?
Does it matter that the company does not have NOC. They told me they have applied for NOC and should get it soon.
Please advice.
