I don’t think that there is any tax on agricultural land but there is tax on the produce you gain from the land
To the best of my knowledge, agricultural lands are tax-exempted in both of the cases either you keep or put on transaction. However there is tax on the income derived by cultivation, renting or any other type of profit that you get from it.
