Agosh 1 or OPF Valley, any news on prices and development.
Sir i do not know about them very deeply but what i have heard from some people is that they are not recommended investments.
I enquired about investing in zone 5 with budget of 1.7 million and dealers recommended me to buy in agosh 1 and opf valley as prices are cheap. I dunno what to do?
can plot in agosh 1 be obtained in that budget as all I managed to discover is 1 kanal which are minimum of 4 million.
opf valley is off japan road and got recommended to buy 12 marla I think for 1.5 million.
Who are developers of aghosh phase 1?
Is it good for personal living considering the price for 1 kanal? Any newz on development?
Development work is very slow in OPF, a month ago i purchased a plot of 12 marla is on 10 Lac rupees only, i think DHA-II Extension is better investment. All dues cleared file available on 27 to 28 lac only ( 1 Kanal ).

Better to invest in bahria the same funds
Bahria is far too expensive. Agosh is recommended by dealers as cheapest place in zone v. Pakistan town has worst town planning but prices are expensive.
