I have a budget of pkr 2 m cash and pkr25-30k per month for installment. Need xperts advice on where in islamabad i can buy a plot in that budget. Not in a hurry and can wait for 5-7 years for starting the construction.

It should be Islamabad and size 5-12 marlas…
In 20 lacs, you can get options in Zone-II Islamabad...
Projects could be Topcity, Mumtaz City, Faisal Town B Block, Faisal Residencia, AWT, Wapda Town, B-17 E Block, etc.
Mumtaz city 5 mara are with possession... AWT, Wapda Town, and E Block of B-17 have possession... Construction activity is almost nil at the moment in those projects.
Topcity, Faisal Town and Residencia are all files.
