Sir why don't you invest in capital smart city Islamabad. Its a
big project near new Islamabad international airport and this a project of Habib Rafique Ltd and FWO. I assure you this is a better option for investment.
Why there is so hype for this smart city by looking at is location it’s much far away. Just to find out how much, simply try to calculate the distance b/w their proposed interchange location on M2 and blue area on google map.
