I want to spread my investment from g-14/4 30x60 pindi phase level plot (worth 97.5 lac) with plot 30x60 plot in i-12/2 (worth 41 lac) & 1 kanal plot in dha phase 2 n block (st 1 to 23) (worth 50 to 60 lacs)
Please advise is this right move? Also give your recommendations as well. After 2 years will it be profitable deal?

Sir i-12 is not worth investing in my view point…Better to buy a 30x60 in g-15 and 10 marla in sector N if you want to spread it…Btw your current investment is also very good as zone 1 has its own charm from investment view point…If you really want to spread it then i would also advise to buy a 1 kanal in sector K of dha and a 5 marla in sector n…For best buying at dha and bahria,you can contact me at 03455370978.

G-15 is already developed with possession & facilites available and plot gain max prices. I observed no change in prices in G-15 since two year. I think G-15 plot prices will only increase if overall property will increase which will benefit everyone.
However I choose I-12 because CDA allocated budget for its development this year and there was news in July 2014 that CDA will start development soon. I feel after development till possession good amount around 70 lacs 30x60 will increase in I-12 similar to I-11/2 possession area but obviously after 2 to 3 years.
DHA K sector looks good option as well w.r.t 2 to 3 year investment. I will consider it well
