Salam everyone, i needed an expert advise on buying property in dha or bahria 8 i have budget of 15 million and looking to buy 10 marla plot and then built or buy a built house , like defence villas 2 , what could be the better option ?

You like dha villa, its apparent from your question so Better increase your budget and buy one.
Here "expert' who are generally property dealers will guide you to their business area.
@ NR no one is guiding his towards his business area..For your info construction quality of dha villas is not upto the mark and those villas are expensive when compared with other available options.Also accommodation is not so good.Just keep yourself updated before aimlessly and illogically posting on this forum..No offence meant!

DHA 2 is better option. Built up Property people will also get their profit for investing for such a long time, that is construction time. Quality of construction is also not up to the mark.
Dear All , thanks for your valuable advise , what I can make out from the suggestions is that it's better option to buy a plot in Dha 2 and construct a house by myself , rather than buying plot in Bahrain 8 and then do the construction
Dha villas doesn't seem to be value for money given the points under discussion .

Shabbir sb..Sir you gt it right..Avoid phase 8 due to its location..Dha 2 is much much better because of its location and also highway expansion would add to its value.
