Advise needed regarding BTK

Hi,

I’m looking to get a 125 yds Plot in BTK in farther precincts. Preferably anything under 2 million.

My questions are

• Is it safe?
• Is there any file doubling issue?
• What are my good options under 2 million?

I don’t have any experience and am a total newbie. Any suggestions/advise would be immensely appreciated.

I shalladvie you to buy only posession plot in BTK bcoz they are safe and you need to extend your budget to 2.5 mn to get a good posession plot in Precinct 23-24-25-26A. Other precincts such as 15 - 27 - 31 -12 have much high rates now a days.
