I'm a little bit confused but i need advise from the senior person who will understand my situation. I'm going to buy property in multan and i'm confused where should i select property location etc.
1: i've visited many properties with dealers
2: they offered me a different price for each property according to their location.
3: someone is dealer and he is helping other dealer...
Now the main question is i'm confused they are all dealer and not allowing us to have conversation with their owners.
Anyone can advise or help to choose best location and also i need 5 marla house with two portion. .....

Aoa , Better to buy plot developing blocks in Dha Multan and wait a couple years and live on rent till then and hire a good developer and construct it ,usually 5 marla AA will construct in 32 lac.
Yes you can clearly ask to your dealer to set up meeting with owner also bring a builder along with you to check quality of home.
Depends on your budget if you have 10 million around buy in Buch villas near Dha multan..... If you are somewhat around cantonment try Askaris or fort city , if you want to live in center Shah rukn e alam old homes etc can be options but i would recommend buch villas as of now.
