The prices in dha city sector 13=f is very low these days about 45 lac for 300 sq yd residential plot should i hold the plot or sale it as dha city and bahria has launched their new projects will it be wise to shift in bahria town after selling dha city plot please advise thanks
Bahira Paradise is still in minus & market will take couple of months to absorb this minus trend I Suggest hold it for further 3 to 4 month then price would be better.
As you know market of 125 yards plot in dha city is 37 to 39 lac so I think its not advisable to sale right now on the other hand this is time to buy for good gain.
People are waiting for Panama Decision & turmoil which will be over in couple of months.
Also Ramdan & financial year just over people were waiting for FBR & DC Value are they going to increase or decrease. Which will come in 15 days time.
