Can you kindly advice on the following points:
1. I plan to construct a 10 Marla house in 2 years time. I have heard to wait till April 2014 before diving into property. What should be the price of a 10M plot in AWT phase 2 or otherwise what shall be the offer/acceptance price? Shall i wait till April? Is there a possibility of decline in the current price? If yes, what %age is expected?
2. Can you recommend any other housing society (10 Marla) with a potential to further grow and also providing good atmosphere for a family life in a budget of Rs. 15-20 lac max. 5 Marla option is also appreciated.
3. Is it advisable to keep the 8 Marla OLC Bahria Orchard plot as I have heard a lot of bad mouthing about the project.

Can you explain the wait till april 2014. Why? What are the basis on which property prices will decline?
MY guess is due to the launch of more projects i.e. Prime Minister Housing scheme. Thats what got me confused and in turn to wait. Your expert guidance will be helpful to allay these rumours and to make a firm decision.
How can we trust the Govt HOUSING Schemes...... CDA sectors Takes 20 years....
Asihiana scheme phase-1 was no doubt devloped at fast pace...
But other projects of Ashina are failure so far....
As per your time lines of two year home construction. It is not possible in any GOVT scheme.....
