I am a salary based person and had been investing in different affordable areas of karachi since 2017. One of the plots i did buy for 1 million pkr on pre-launch rates went up to 2.5 million last year, still values at around 1.8-1.9 million. Though the initial plan was to build home for myself but development work has stopped for quite some time now, even though the possession has been given. I currently have 4 different investments in karachi worth 1.5 million on average but none currently in position i wanted at least for living purpose. I have also invested in 5 marla plot in csc executive 2.
I am now willing to withdraw the investments i had done in karachi and postpone the idea of construction of house, rather, invest anywhere in pakistan for not more than 2 to 3 years and hopefully get good returns to not only construct a house but invest some additional amount in sha allah, meanwhile, csc plot's installments will be close to full payment.
Now i need suggestions from property gurus of this forum and help me out in investing safely for not more than 2 to 3 years.

AoA, Experts may find your post little difficult to understand your budget to invest.
Should mention overall amount you want to invest, you have rightly mentioned time period though you want for it to mature.
You can look into options of I-15,I-16 in isb. Also, if you are open to investing in other cities, Quetta DHA is an option for 3 years time period, provided you buy it at right price... May be around 26, 27 lacs.

Wa’aleikum as’salaam. Thank you for the reply sir. The total budget I have is around 5 to 7 million pkr. Though I would like to keep 2 million for one of an on ground plots I already have. And may invest the other 5 million outside of Karachi.
