Advice on buying plot to build on and live in islamabad

Hi

What is the most economical place to buy a 1 kanal plot in islamabad and build on in 2 years. I actually want to live in islamabad and want to be somewhere where there is a community, so not in far fetched area. Budget is from 150 lac to 300 lac. Ideally at to be around 150 lac so have money for house aswell.
