I am looking for buying a 1 kanal plot in bahria town islamabad (must have possession available and ready for construction right away) i want to construct a house for living in. Budget is rs. 8 million maximum. Please advise what sectors/options could be available or suitable. Thanks

Is Garden city or phase 7 outside my budget or they aren't ready yet? I will appreciate some details and further guidance.
